Hi Hillary, why not learn from the past?

Firstly allow me clear I don’t use drugs, don’t smuggle drugs, but I’m fear of seeing my country fighting against something invincible.
As country you lived a likely situation in 1920-1930 (http://www.1920-30.com/prohibition/ ).
The drugs problem has the same core:
·         Criminalize something that is not a crime
·         Limit the freedom of citizens to do what they want
·         Double morality
·         Suits people that profiting by it
Your double morality is killing people bellow Bravo River, the most of consumers are in United States and you know.  Why being a protector of people that in one way or another is going to destroy their life?.  Has no sense.  Your society need something called moral values, this we are losing in Guatemala despising life for easy money.
Now you are coming to give us your support to fight this stupid war outside your boundaries, a couple cents for a lot of dead bodies, this is a bad business.  You realize in 1932 you were wrong, twelve years latter Prohibition, why now after 40 years don’t you see this drugs problem is a snowball?  Making the same expecting different results is foolishness said A. Einstein, after all this time, I think your leadership should be used to try something different or used before, repeal the drugs war.
Since 1920-1930, smugglers rotted guts all your institutions.  We are in the same situation now, “narcos” has drilled all the institutions that are supposed to fight against their, they can buy anything and anyone or kill anyone on their road.
